Acceptance of Terms: By registering for Life and Planet (the “Conference”), you are agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
Registration Fee: The registration fee for the Conference is non-refundable. By completing the registration process, you acknowledge that you understand and accept this policy.
Program Changes: The Conference organizers reserve the right to make changes to the program, schedule, speakers, venue, or other aspects of the Conference at any time without prior notice.
Intellectual Property Rights: All content presented at the Conference is the property of the respective presenters and may not be recorded, reproduced, or distributed without the express written consent of the presenter(s).
Code of Conduct: All attendees are expected to behave in a professional manner and to treat each other with respect. The Conference organizers reserve the right to remove any attendee who violates this code of conduct without a refund.
Liability: The Conference organizers will not accept liability for damages of any nature sustained by attendees or accompanying persons, or loss of, or damage to their personal property as a result of the Conference or related events.
Privacy Policy: By registering for the Conference, you consent to the Conference organizers collecting and storing the data provided in your registration form for the purposes of managing the Conference. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.
